Chen is the best property manager and should win an award for her performance. Thanks to her I do not need to worry about my property as she is super reliable and always responds in time and follows up on issues. I finally have peace of mind. Please keep up the great work!

We recently leased a residential unit through Paragon Property, and I can honestly say that the whole application / acceptance process was seamless thanks to Julie and Vicky. Both ladies were extremely professional, and communication was outstanding. In addition, Julie and Vicky were so friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them both. Would definitely recommend Paragon Property if you're looking for a wonderful, competent property management team.

Paragon has always given me the best service. From the diligent and wonderful receptionist through to senior management. Chen-Qi Li who in my current property manager is absolutely superb. She takes care on my 4 investment properties as if they were hers. Well done Chen. I am very happy with your work.

I have been dealing with Paragon Property for several years. They have been managing all my investment property needs. Their team has provided me with excellent service and support which I value. I would like to make a special mention about two of their team members, Ms. Chen Li and Ms. Julie Taylor who has been instrumental in helping me achieve my investment properties objectives over the past few years. Julie’s and Chen’s impeccable and genuine nature puts me at ease. Their “Never Give Up” drive has resulted in fantastic outcome for all my investment properties sales and rental this far. Chen has managed all my investment rental properties which I never needed to worry with excellent tenants’ satisfaction. Julie managed all my property sales which met my selling objectives even under some really difficult situations through the years. Because I know that Chen and Julie will always be there to look after my investment property needs, I never look further than Paragon Property. I have recommended family and friends over the years to Paragon Property and will continue to do so. Thank you, guys!

My partner and I cannot speak higher of Paragon Property (I know this sounds like it's an ad - it's not!) We have had the pleasure of Chen being our property manager as tenants for 18 months and she's been super responsive, helping us resolve maintenance issues promptly and overall being so friendly and approachable. We've gone through several rental agencies in our time and Paragon was miles above all others as tenants. Can not recommend more!
